Engine 22 is a 1998 International chassis with a fire body that was built by Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wisconsin. After serving for years as a front line pumper for the fire district, Engine 22 now is largely held in reserve in case one of the districts primary engines has to be taken out of service. The engine is capable of pumping 1,250 gallons of water per minute and carries 1,000 gallons of water.
