Brush 23 is a 2005 Ford F-350 4×4 with a fire body built by Weis Fire Equipment in Salina, Kansas. Brush 23 carries 300 gallons of water and is equipped with a gasoline powered fire pump.
Polaris Ranger all terrain vehicle that carries a water tank and pump used to fight brush fires in rough terrain where it is difficult to get other fire apparatus.
These Ford Expeditions, specially equipped with emergency medical equipment, provide rapid response to medical emergencies in place of larger, more costly fire apparatus.
Engine 23 is capable of pumping up to 2,000 gallons of water per minute, carries 700 gallons of water and features a class A firefighting foam system and a hydraulically driven electric generator to provide scene lighting.
Formerly serving as the front line pumper at Station 21, Engine 29 now serves as a reserve engine for the fire district.
This pumper/tanker is equipped with a 1,250 gallon per minute fire pump, carries 3,000 gallons of water, has a hydraulically driven electrical generator, and carries all required loose equipment to be meet class A pumper standards.
Truck 23 is equipped with a large PTO generator, two pneumatically operated light towers, an air cascade system to re-fill Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) at fire scenes and carries equipment for the water rescue team.
